Bioidentical Hormone Pellets - Are they safe?

August 18, 2019 at 12:39pm

I have been on bioidentical hormone creams for 25 years with great results. I recently decided to try the pellet, which was inserted in my left hip. Do you think there could have been a connection to the pellet and shingles or just a coincidence?

B12 Levels

August 18, 2019 at 12:01pm

In my recent blood test results my B12 was extremely high, yet I am not taking any additional B12 supplements. (In fact, when I was younger my B12 was so low I had to get injections!)

So I have no explanation as to why it is high, and in conjunction my WB levels are low (and decreasing), my iron saturation is low, my RDW is high (increased since last test) - what is going on with me?
