What treatment will help my painful intercourse?

I'm having painful intercourse despite using vaginal lubricants and hormone therapy. I'm a BRCA2 carrier with a history of ER/PR positive breast cancer. My main problem is pain with increasing vaginal dilation during intercourse. I don't have pain with initial penile insertion or with insertion of a vaginal probe during a pelvic ultrasound. Will pelvic floor stimulation or perhaps the Mona Lisa Touch treatment help painful intercourse?

What Is A Good Postmenopausal Treatment?

I am a postmenopausal woman, weaning myself off of systemic topical estrogen. My gynecologist recommended Osphena®, but said I should wait one month before using, and the package said it could be months before I notice a difference! Also, there are all kinds of warnings regarding blood clots. Really? Wouldn't an estrogen cream be safer, effective and faster?

I am almost 50 years old and have been married 22 years. I have to have direct stimulation to the clitoris using a massager to climax, whereas before I didn’t. What is the issue? When I was younger I had some trauma to the genitals from a bike accident. I want to enjoy my husband without having to use “toys." It makes me feel less than what I was. When I mention this problem to my GYN, we did blood work, which found I have low white blood cells. Expensive testing, but no cancer, but still no answers for this either.
