April 27, 2014 at 7:53am
For more than a week now, I have been experiencing a burning sensation on the innerside of my lips. There is a dark red area with what looks like tiny white spots. In addition, my tongue has a milky white coating.
I am not certain what is causing these symptoms, but tea, cola and other drink and food items cause further discomfort. Can you help, please?

My 75-year-old mother sweats a lot, especially under her hair (her forehead is always dripping). She is post-menopausal.
I used to sweat profusely from under my hair; I had to wear a bandana everyday to keep the sweat out of my eyes. My dermatologist prescribed oxybutnin for me and it has been a God-send. Who should my mother see? Is this hormonal or some other issue?

- What foods should we cook to make our immune systems stronger?
- Is there something we should do preemptively to get ahead of winter viruses?

I have trouble with restless legs, mostly at night. I would rather not take a prescription drug for it. Is there anything else that I could try, maybe extra vitamin supplements?
