I take several types of vitamins every day. Should I take them all at once or should I spread them out throughout the day?

It is important to get advice from your physician to see if you even need multiple vitamins. It is important to know if you are on medicines like thyroid/synthroid that should be taken on an empty stomach without vitamins or other medications.

Many folks need vitamin D3 supplementation. However, it is best to get most vitamins from your diet.
