When do hot flashes stop? I am 63 and still have them.
Some women experience hot flashes their entire life, so there is no time limit. Hot flashes should be treated because having them is not good for your brain, sleep and cardiovascular system. There are hormonal and non-hormonal options to treat hot flashes.
