Wonderful White Chili

Ingredients
Makes 8 (1-cup) servings
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (16-ounce) can white navy beans, rinsed and drained 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can low sodium fat-free chicken broth 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
Preparation
- In large nonstick pot, cook chicken, onion, and garlic until chicken is done. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook, covered 15 minutes, until heated.
