Chicken Salad

Serve this chicken salad recipe for lunch or dinner. Serve it on whole wheat pita bread and add a side of fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 Tbs light mayo
  • ½ Tbs dill relish
  • salt & pepper
  • whole wheat pita bread
  • fruit

Preparation

  • Mix one cup of shredded cooked chicken with 1 tablespoon of light mayo and ½ tablespoon of dill relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve with whole wheat pita bread and a side of fruit
