Chicken Salad

Serve this chicken salad recipe for lunch or dinner. Serve it on whole wheat pita bread and add a side of fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 Tbs light mayo
- ½ Tbs dill relish
- salt & pepper
- whole wheat pita bread
- fruit
Preparation
- Mix one cup of shredded cooked chicken with 1 tablespoon of light mayo and ½ tablespoon of dill relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with whole wheat pita bread and a side of fruit
