How much Omega vitamins should I take each day? I am age 51.
Omega 3 is a healthy fat that our bodies do not produce and it is best to get omega 3s in your diet by eating Omega 3 rich foods twice a week.
You do not have to take Omega 3 in a supplement form, unless you are instructed by your physician.
