I am wondering if ApexM would help my bladder problem? I had a hysterectomy many years ago when I was 29 years old. Thirty two years later, I had a bladder lift and a mesh screen inserted in the rectum area as the walls were thin.

Please read Dr. Holly L. Thacker’s column on vaginal boot camp and bladder blues for helpful tips on pelvic exercises.

The ApexM is helpful for strengthening pelvic muscle strength and treating urinary incontinence. Any woman who has had surgery for bladder lift and/or a hysterectomy and even a vaginal delivery is at risk for urinary incontinence. Before starting on the ApexM device, you would need a pelvic exam from your women’s health physician.
