Awesome Smoothies
A smoothie is a nutritious treat for breakfast, or anytime you want a pick-me-up! Have fun experimenting with different flavors by including your favorite berries and seasonal fruits.
Mock-A-Rita
This Mock-A-Rita has all of the taste of a margarita without any of the alcohol. Enjoy as many as you like without having to worry about the side effects of alcohol. Peach Smoothie
This recipe can be modified, decreasing fat and calories, by using a “light,” low-fat soy milk. Other substitutes can include skim milk for soy milk or strawberries (fresh or frozen) for peaches. It is a very refreshing and tasty drink for snack or breakfast.
Rainy Day Smoothie
Turn a damp, rainy day into something really fun for the kids and you to enjoy. A healthy smoothie and a filling nutritious snack will put the sunshine into their hearts and spirits! Enjoy this fruity smoothie made with non-fat yogurt and fresh juice.
Tomato Mock-tail
These non-alcoholic “mock-tails” allow you to enjoy a delicious taste without any of the side effects of alcohol.
