The holidays are coming up and most of my patients are concerned with staying on track with their healthy eating habits - not to mention fitting in some time to sleep in between all of the holiday parties and hoping their pants never get too tight.
Since kids follow by example, if you’re eating healthier and smarter, your kids should too. Simply adjust their portion size to the palm of their hand and fist, because their stomachs aren’t full grown.
These are some of the tips that I recommend to my patients.
