Cause and effect? No! However, from listening to the news you might think otherwise! I spoke to our professor and chair of our Women's Health Institute, Dr. Tommaso Falcone, who is an internationally recognized expert and author of "The Cleveland Clinic Guide to Infertilty." He said, based on multiple published studies and his experience, that infertility treatments do not cause an increase in cancer rates.
