Tips for a Stress-Free Holiday Season

Keep holiday expectations reasonable. There’s no right way to celebrate. Don’t feel inadequate if your holiday party isn’t as elaborate as your neighbor’s. Not every season will be holiday-card perfect.
Tip: Enjoying the moment and the gathering of family and friends. Don’t consider the holidays a disappointment if a soufflé falls or if the turkey is a little dry.

Take Care of Yourself. Stick with healthy eating choices. Remember, you can have a little bit of everything. Moderation is the key especially with sweets and alcohol. Drink plenty of water to remain hydrated. And you’ll get a full feeling too.
