Speaking of Women's Health welcomes you to Healthy Conversations. By providing this forum for information exchange it is our intent to support our mission to educate women to make informed decisions about health, well-being and personal safety for themselves and their families. Healthy Conversations is a place for you to learn new information, meet others that share similar interests, and to participate in a dialogue. Because we want to provide a forum that is a benefit to all that participate, please take a moment to read our policies.
Speaking of Women's Health's Healthy Conversations is an open community and much of the information posted has been provided by our site visitors. The content which may include health related text, graphics, images, and information on various health topics is for informational purposes only. While Speaking of Women's Health does not edit comments or content provided by the community, we do reserve the right to remove any and all content that we deem inappropriate. GUIDELINES FOR HEALTHY CONVERSATIONS
1. Help us create and maintain a forum for the exchange of information that is welcome and safe for all. Do not use defamatory language that is vulgar or obscene or that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. Do not verbally threaten, attack, or harass other participants.
2. While Speaking of Women's Health believes in the exchange of varying opinions, keep in mind that if you wish to challenge another's post, do so with respect. The goal should not be to convince others that your opinion is right, rather respect the opinions of others and agree to disagree.
3. Healthy Conversations is for non-commercial use only. Do not post messages containing solicitations for funds, advertising, junk mail, spam, chain mail, pyramid schemes, etc. Speaking of Women's Health reserves the right to delete these posts immediately upon notice.
4. You are encouraged to maintain your privacy and not post personal information such as your address, telephone number, etc. Do not ask for personal information from other participants. Do not represent yourself as someone you are not or claim false credentials.
5. We are concerned about the safety and privacy of children. This entire web site is intended for adults and under federal law children under 13 cannot participate in Healthy Conversations.
